General conditions
The content on this website is for your general information and use only. It's subject to change without notice. Use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information available meets your specific requirements. During specific sale days (Festive Sale, Season Sale, etc.), order quantities may be limited per customer, and orders may be cancelled if items go out of stock.
User account, password and security
You can place orders as a guest or by creating an account (Name, Email, Password). You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. You agree to notify Farsh Mahal at farshmahal@gmail.com of any unauthorised use or breach of security, and to log out at the end of each session. Farsh Mahal is not liable for loss or damage from failure to comply with these Terms.
Accuracy of billing and other account information
Provide current, complete, and accurate billing and other account information for all purchases. Update your account promptly if information changes, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. If billing information (including phone number) is incomplete or false, your order may be cancelled without refund and your account restricted from future transactions.
Order cancellation or limitation of quantities
We will make every effort to fulfil orders promptly, but reserve the right to refuse any order. Circumstances that may lead to cancellation include quantity limits, product or pricing inaccuracies, issues flagged by our payment gateway, and delivery-address unavailability. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities per person, per account, or per order — including those from the same account, email, or billing/shipping address. We'll attempt to contact you by email or phone when changes occur. Refunds for cancelled or modified prepaid orders are made via UPI or bank transfer. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to come from dealers, resellers, or distributors. Our liability is limited to the cost of the merchandise purchased, if found genuine.
Order cancellation by customers
We operate on a made-to-order model. Order cancellation or modification is not possible once the order has been sent for processing — that is, 24 hours after it was placed.
User comments, feedback, and submissions
If you send us submissions, blog posts, product ratings, testimonials, or other comments (by request or otherwise), you agree we may edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use those submissions in any medium, without restriction. We are under no obligation (1) to keep any comments confidential; (2) to compensate you for them; or (3) to respond.

Products and prices are as described on our website and incorporated into these Terms by reference. All prices are shown in the applicable regional currency. Prices, products, and related services may change without prior notice at our discretion. Farsh Mahal will not be liable to any user or third party for any price change, modification, or suspension of a product or service. Colours and designs on your device's screen may vary slightly from the delivered rug due to screen and lighting differences.
